By using the Paint & Decor website, visiting our studio or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All paint colours are custom mixed specifically for each client order. We therefore encourage clients to confirm their colour choices, finishes, quantities and product selections carefully before placing an order in studio or telephonically.
While we make every effort to ensure colour accuracy, paint colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, surfaces, screen settings and application methods. We always recommend testing colours in your own space using our tester pots or colour cards before committing to larger quantities.
All product information, imagery and colour inspiration displayed on this website remain the property of Paint & Decor and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Every bucket of paint is mixed specifically for your order, which means we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on colours, quantities or product selections once mixed.
We encourage clients to confirm all colour choices, finishes and quantities carefully before placing an order telephonically or directly in studio.
Should there be a defect or issue with your product, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
